Complaining is easy. Changing is not. If we want Strong Performance for Life, sometimes we need to choose the things that aren’t easy.
We get it. Making a salad is more work than getting fast food for lunch. Going to the gym takes more effort than heading home after work to watch TV. Health is a choice and to become truly healthy, most people need to make some changes. Change your attitude, stop complaining, take action and change your habits.
