These seem pretty simple to live a healthy lifestyle 🤷♀️🌿
The caveat?. . .
To live a healthy lifestyle takes effort. Cooking and buying healthy foods, working out, ensuring you have adequate sleep, staying educated … it all takes effort. –
Most people opt out because of this required effort or they give up in the beginning. People desire fast results with limited effort. But that’s not how it works. It requires on going effort. There are no quick fixes!!-
But over repeated efforts, something cool does happen… eventually all of this effort becomes a habit. It becomes almost autonomous. Healthy choices are a no-brainer, exercise is an essential part of the day, and sleep becomes a priority.
So yes it is simple. But no, it’s not easy or fast. It takes effort, and it takes building habits, which take time. .
But over time it does get easier… It gets even easier when you realize how good you can feel and that the effort is worth it🌱
